Physical Vapor Deposition

Gemac has two built evaporation by joule effect:
A built UHV (ultrahigh vacuum) allows the development of granular or continuous layers of gold. It is intended for the development of structures or thin films for optics (effects of exaltations of field).
A commercial built “Edwards auto306” has two sources to the successive deposition of two different metals (nickel, gold, aluminum, silver ...). He produces metal films used as electrical contacts or catalyst.
